"State farm is the worst.... not Amy's office. That's just who we have. But just state farm in general. Got into an accident that was not our fault, truck still doesn't run correctly and the claims guy hung up on us and pretty much told us it's our problem now. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be using state farm anymore"
